
Formed by PETROBRAS of Brazil, TEIKOKU of Japan and Grupo DIAVAZ. Its head office is located in Mexico City and its operating base is located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. PTD operates the assets of two blocks of 260 km2 in the “Cuenca de Burgos” known as “Cuervito” and “Fronterizo”. The operation of these two blocks includes:  | Development Works: Geological and Geophysical services, engineering services related to the drilling and repair of wells and the construction of recollecting lines. |  | Infrastructure Works: Includes the construction and repair of access roads, site preparation and the construction and installation of compressors, meters, gas ducts and plants and equipment for the conditioning of gas. |  | Maintenance Works: Wells, installations for the dehydration and conditioning of gas, gas recollection lines, metering equipment for gas and condensates and complementary equipment. |
This way, DIAVAZ along with its partners, combine, as no other group in Mexico, experience, capabilities and knowledge for the development of the energy sector in Mexico. In January 2007, in order to improve still more it’s performance under international parameters, PTD Servicios Multiples obtains the certification of two International Standards, being a pioneer under the Contract of Public Works that has implemented a Management System integrating the precepts of Safety, Environment and Health. The International Organization of Certification Det Norske Veritas (DNV) granted the certifications ISO 14001:2004 regarding Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001:1999 regarding Safety and Occupational Health. This certification has a scope in the works of development, infrastructure and maintenance in field operations of production of non-associated gas, including the activities of drilling, recollection and transportation of gas and condensates. |
